Photo editing style options
The basic editing style has more of a typical real estate photo HDR feel while the stylized editing has a more bright, natural feel with a slight fade. The stylized style tries to replicate what you might see with your own eyes while the basic style tries to showcase each part of the photo with the best lighting possible which is why it looks more heavily edited. The stylized interior photos also sometimes look best when we turn the lights off inside the house while shooting.

Video style differences
The goal with the standard video is to create a 45-60 second simple but high quality video showcasing the main highlights of the property. Nothing fancy about the video, just a clean and simple video to catch people’s attention. The goal with the luxury highlight video is to create a memorable buzz around the property by producing a video with eye catching transitions and beautiful twilight shots. The luxury video is meant to really impress people with how unique and special the property is. A well crafted high-end video is the best way to do that!
