What is Our Rendering Process?
What is Our Rendering Process?

Step 1: Initial Submission

To begin, reach out to us with as much of the following information as possible:

  • DWG files (CAD software) for each property, including elevations (required for speed and accuracy). Floor plans alone are not sufficient.
  • We can convert architectural PDF files into CAD files for rendering (additional fees apply).
  • If you prefer, we can create a render from a photo (additional fees apply).
  • Landscape details, style references, and any photos showing textures and finishes you'd like.
  • Specific color and texture details, along with information on where these should be applied (e.g., front entrance, garage doors, fascia).
  • Any additional supporting information such as photos or weblinks.

Step 2: File Review & Price Confirmation

We will review your files and angle requests to ensure we have everything needed to proceed. If anything is missing, we'll let you know. We'll also provide a price quote, which ranges from $450 - $650 per image based on the complexity of the project. Our turnaround time is 10-12 business days from the time you confirm you are good with the pricing.

Step 3: Work Begins

Once the price is confirmed, we will begin working on your render.

Step 4: 3D Draft Review

After approximately 5 business days, we’ll send you an uncolored 3D draft to ensure the angles and finishes are correct. Once approved, we will begin adding color.

Step 5: Colored Drafts

Another 5 business days later, we will send you fully colored drafts. These are not the final high-resolution files, but they allow you to review the color and design choices.

Step 6: Revisions

You’re allowed two rounds of revisions. We recommend providing all feedback at once during the first round to avoid additional costs. The second round can be used for any final tweaks.

Step 7: Final Images

Once all revisions are made, we will send you the final high-resolution images.

How does weather affect my content?

Weather minimally affects photos as edits can enhance brightness and skies. Videos show more impact, with cloudy exteriors appearing darker. Reshoots are optional.
