With luxury, we go above and beyond to create the highest-quality media content for your property. This tier not only enhances the overall quality but also includes all the recommended add-ons to help the property stand out online. We allocate more time for both the shoot and the editing process to ensure the final product is top quality. For the best results, we recommend scheduling these shoots on a day with near-perfect weather, as it significantly enhances the content.

Yes! Drone shots are included in every shoot, capturing unique aerial perspectives that showcase the property and its surroundings in a distinctive and eye-catching way.

Item removals involve digitally editing out unwanted or distracting elements from your real estate photos. This includes anything from small flaws—like nail holes or wrinkled bedding—to larger items such as cars, dumpsters, or construction materials.

During the shoot, you’re encouraged to point out anything you'd like removed. Our photographers will make note of it so it’s handled during editing.

If you notice more items after delivery, you can still request removals by annotating the photos and sending them back—at no additional cost.

Detail shots are close-up images that highlight specific design elements or features within a property. These can include items like custom light fixtures, high-end appliances, intricate tile work, hardware, architectural trim, or decorative accents.

The purpose of detail shots is to showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and unique characteristics that may be overlooked in wide-angle or standard photos. They help create a more complete visual story of the property and appeal to buyers looking for premium features or thoughtful design.

At Array, all shoots with this add-on include a minimum of half the detail shots in vertical and half in horizontal orientation to ensure full coverage from every angle.

All photos are delivered the following day. Luxury photos are typically delivered later in the day, as we take extra time to ensure they are flawless. Luxury video files are delivered within 4 business days. Due to the extensive editing required for luxury highlight videos, we dedicate additional time to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
