At Array, we’re all about making your listings look their absolute best. We understand that sometimes objects in a room can distract from the beauty of a space, and we’re more than happy to help remove those unwanted items to create clean, polished images. Our photographers are trained to spot areas where items might distract from the space, but we encourage you to let us know if there’s anything specific you'd like removed. This helps us make sure we capture your vision perfectly. That said, the level of complexity—and sometimes cost—can vary depending on the size of the object and how many photos it impacts. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand how we handle object removal and when additional fees might apply.

1. Large Objects: More Coverage, More Time, More Detail

When it comes to large items—like furniture, construction, or vehicles—the removal process can take a bit more time and care. These objects often block key features in the room, like windows, walls, or flooring, and require detailed editing to make sure everything looks natural. If the item is in several photos of the same room, we’ll make sure each image is edited consistently so the space feels cohesive. We’re always excited to take on these requests to ensure the best outcome, but because it requires a bit more time and precision, we may need to charge a small additional fee for these more complex removals.

2. Smaller Objects: Simple, But Still Careful Work

Smaller objects—like cords, trashcans, wrinkles, or stains—are usually easier to remove, since they take up less space and cover fewer elements. However, even small items require precise editing to make sure the area they occupied is seamlessly restored. If these objects show up in multiple shots of the same room, we’ll make sure the removal looks consistent across all images, which can take a little extra time. While removing smaller objects tends to be quicker than large ones, if multiple small items need to be edited out of multiple photos, the work can add up, and we may apply a small additional fee to reflect the extra effort.

We’re Here to Make It Easy for You!

At Array, we’re always excited to help create the best possible photos for your listings. Whether it’s removing a large piece of furniture or a few small items, we’re here to make sure your space shines. We’re happy to accommodate your removal requests, and we’ll always make sure you’re aware of any additional fees. Our goal is to deliver striking, high-quality images that help you sell properties faster.
